I think this topic is very good. Perhaps people should have a journal for what they did and how much etc.
One thing Ive noticed is that working out every muscle helps all muscle to grow. Perhaps the circulating testosterone is higher due to higher muscle usage.
Today is back, posterior deltoid, biceps, neck, forearms, and abs.

8.5km (5.3 miles) in just over an hour today. Hard to run with 40 thousand people around you! I did not enjoy that part.

We went out of town for a day . . but I still did 3 days (Tuesday, Friday, Sunday) nerd fitness this week.
