2 mile jog on the trails near the soccer fields. busted about mile .5 . minimal injuries. fit for duty.

1 mile walk down to Starbucks and back. It's about all I can do until knee surgery next month, after that, hopefully it's back to running and T25 training.

40 minutes of yoga, 10 minute meditation then 5km run.

I'm really enjoying the yoga. Might have to look into taking a class again.

Starting with 10 repetitions and ending at 1, I superset the following:

- Jump Squat
- Explosive Pushup

I began adding Pullups in there, as well, and I exhausted myself.

Stairs:30 minutes, Leg stretching, speed forms. Power walk 1 hour.

So I'm a total noob to running (started 9 weeks ago tonight) but I just ran my second 5km in 2 days.. this was with my running club. It might sound daft but I'm really proud to say I finished with the front group tonight, when I usually finish in the fifth or sixth group (of six). I've never been able to run that far, even as a kid.

Tonight was the last night of my programme though.. time to start the next programme, 5km-10km.

Flu's over, back to work. Nerd Fitness: 60 squats, 60 pushups, 5 lunges, 120 abdominal crunches, 30 sec planks. Entire workout with ankle weights...
