Ah yes, physical fitness. :) I walk about 2ish miles a day. This week, I am on a juice/tea cleanse... so, I am not doing anything special.

Maybe when I get past spring break, I will incorporate a heavier cardio routine. I'm not interested right now in building muscle though. Save that for the summer and fall.

Hmmmm...may hap it will help if I start posting too...lots of exercises and now people to share it with! Maybe I'll be better at this than my journal....

Xiao Hong Quan 10 times. Stair stepping for 30 minutes. Leg stretching, 10 minutes.

Halfway through my squats this morning, my knees are screaming at me. My body is very angry in ways it hasn't been in a long time, and I think I may have been overdoing it. I think I'm going to skip the rest of the week, and try to sort out the problem. Back on schedule Monday, hopefully.

sounds like what I did last week, I had to skip out on Wednesday and Friday because I pushed my body to the extreme, lol

Consider adding collagen to your diet(our diets are lacking), or reevaluate your form, Also consider the balance of your quad to hamstrings. One could be overpowered and thus causing pain. Also consider your hormone balance(IGF-1 or Test dominant) and calcium intake(or fluoride excess and magnesium deficiency).

Have you done leg extensions? if so that could be the cause due to such unnatural pressure on knees.
It's very hard to over do something if you are doing things correctly and are very healthy.
