Well in my opinion, its a straw 'person' argument you've created as the crux of your position...as I stated before;

At the professional level they do not advocate any anti-male position from my experience. There is a lot of garbage out there, and factions with different opinions, but in industry and government the reality is about equal rights for both genders with feminists just being professionals who focus on the situation for women.

I'd agree it's sexist in it's action, but it's action is against a sexist environment, so therefore it is a balancing force. That is how balance works, you apply an opposing force to the imbalance to create balance.
It seems like you create a strawman about what feminism is, and then ignore the purpose of the feminism to demonize its existence, to justify cherry-picking of statistics which you use as representative of reality when in actuality is a biased perspective.... and repeat it ad nausem for effect. Just sayin.
