I don't think I've ever talked to anyone who doesn't think that the definition of rape in most places is utter garbage. In the US, it is penetration. So if someone forcibly penetrates you with some other object, that is still rape. I think someone having unwanted sexual contact with you is only considered sexual assault, which is a problem.
As far as drinking too much and not knowing who you slept with...the general rule here is not to have sex with someone who has been drinking, even if you were also drinking. It is considered rape because you cannot consent when drunk.

Can't wait to hear about couples having drunk sex both being prosecuted for raping each other.
Can't wait to hear Wescli call this "problem" a "variation".
Convictions are more dangerous foes of truth than lies.
