When people not involved in a situation crawl out of the woodwork to defend something that wasn't an accusation or even aimed at them...

Shouldn't you pro-gun people be the ones at the front of the line for supporting mental-health services, since the nutbags are the ones who will eventually get your guns taken away?

1. people's hours getting cut because they aren't more productive and that hurting morale.
2. having to watch "active shooter" training videos at work.
3. my dog's x-rays showing her to have some kind of gigantic mass as big as a lung in her chest.
4. thinking I'm paying less than $200 at the vet and getting hit for $400 (more than a weekly paycheck before taxes).
5. listening to her choking and drowning in her own lungs despite expensive antibiotics.
6. coming here and listening to talk about guns/Orlando/ISIS.

This would all be better on the other side of sleep. I just need to sleep.

When I make an emergency vacation request for the end of the month because I'm burning out, but they say "You're not working hard enough, so your vacation request is denied".

Also, I'm now on "performance management" which is the step before termination.

And I don't know if I can consider another job because I currently make a very good salary, but debt/student loan repayment and rent takes eat most of it up, so I barely survive already. Because paying all your bills alone sucks....

I have 45 minutes to think up a plan to normalize my productivity. I will have 4 weeks to execute it. If I fail, I will be fired.
