Hehe, everyone else is sharing dating "horror" stories.

I once dated a French man, and he was a very nice man but incredibly high maintenance. Not only did he jump in gung ho with his emotions but he expected me to do the same. Sorry, but marriage under a month is just insane. I had told him from the first time we met that I was not looking for a relationship or anything serious. I told him many, many times, but he never listened. Instead he tried the "let's throw presents at her" approach...none of which I accepted. Sometimes it's not the girl who's being clingy. Sometimes it's the guy who wants a relationship so bad he loses his mind a bit.



Not all women want to be taken care of.
Not all women expect or want gifts (in fact it makes me uncomfortable when men try and shower me with things...you feel like you owe them, and many time they expect that you do).
Not all women are emotionally or physically clingy. Many of us LOVE our space.


I think what the problem is isn't men or women. It's finding a person who is happy with themselves first. When you get two people who are conflicted on the inside then it can never work. Find the person who knows and respects themselves and you'll find a person who is capable of being in a healthy relationship.

Everyone else (including me) should probably work on themselves before thinking about becoming part of a pair.

And yeah, Ren, I'd say that sounds right. Some people find it better with a prostitute.

The simple rule is one account per member. There is no point, need or reason for anyone (except appropriate administrators) to have more than one account with which to access this site.

Under artical 29, it is acceptable for for Admins to have multiple accounts.

I don't know who they are and I was asked about it so I can only site the rules and leave it to administration to sort out. I assume that the council has our best intrest in mind and I trust them to look into it and do what they feel is best.

Like a conversation on a different thread, I would have to trust in thoughs in a postistion of authority just as I would have to beleave that my government is doing what they feel is in the best interest of our country.

Often times, people find it easy to cast stones when they are on the judging side of things and not the one under scrutny.

I do not need another account to post my opinion. But that is only because I do not lack the courage of my convictions. :laugh:
