like I said, I will not re-iterate for the few of you who want me to incriminate myself.

But along those lines: Many Christains belive that the devil has authority on earth. This is a complete load of toss. I know it is a complete load of toss for a fact. Simlply becuase I know the person who has authority on earth and he is not the devil. Not being the devil he is a very wise and kind leader. Christains simply say that the devil has authority on earth to give a massive dig against the person who actually DOES have authority on earth.

Like I said, this is a completely exemplifying farce!

I have one question for christians that belive that the devil has authority on earth:

Why would he let us have such a wonderfull green and beutifull land like england to enjoy?

And back on topic, I wonder how much love and support this woman has gained because of the people who tried to bring her down? Kind of back fired didn't it. I'm glad she's taked her situation and turned it into a positive. :)

I don't feel pity for this woman. Neither do many people who have been to one of her public speaking appearances...

Lizzie's message of tolerance/acceptance was outstanding. It was incredible to witness the reactions of the audience, there was silence, tears, and laughter - the group was truly moved. I was most amazed by the conversations that aspired after the presentation, students talked to one another and shared their stories; they lined up, one by one to talk to Lizzie and tell her how her words were healing. Lizzie is a rare find, she is exceptional and extraordinary - warm and caring, and beautiful - inside and out. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Lizzie is such an inspiration. Her story has given me hope that
I can accomplish anything no matter what obstacle is put in my path.
Lizzie has this amazing presence; you can't help but feel uplifted and
ready to take on life when you hear her speak. Even though I don't
share Lizzie's syndrome, I was still able to relate to some of the
inner and outer conflict she's dealt with. Hearing how Lizzie's overcome challenges has given me ideas I can apply in my own life.

I admire her for her determination and spirit, personally. She learned to accept herself and grow stronger from the hatred others spewed at her.

That is the strength I speak of....feeding off the hate used against oneself and using it to grow stronger...it sounds like a dark aspect tactic...but I don't see it like that....

Sorry Jack but as this is the only point related to the topic that I can get from any of your posts, it is the only thing I will answer unless you choose to elaborate further.

I doubt she has been wearing prosthetics since infancy.

I'm gonna be completely honest here and say, I find her painful to look at. That isn't to say that she isn't a great person or anything. I don't know her, so I can't make that judgment. I just would rather stare a sucking chest wound instead of her, at least I can help the sucking chest wound.

Ahh true, her appearance is not what most people consider to be attractive. But would you tell the 11 year old in that first video that she is a monster or tell her to "do the world a favor and put a gun to her head" because of her appearance? Or would you just look away and go about your business? This is a fairly extreme case but it happens all the time to people who don't look the way that society says they should or think the way society says they should.

I haven't been able to see the big "E" on the vision chart without corrective lenses since I was in 1st grade. I was in therapy until I was midway through high school because of the judgmental kids (and some teachers) that I went to school with...simply because I had glasses and was kinda short. Thankfully the internet wasn't quite the same back then. The internet used to be a safe haven for people who were like I was because no one knew what you looked like. Now it is just another tool for spreading hatred.

Physical sensations someone might have to something which they consider very unattractive are what I'd call unwanted emotions, and therefore something a Jedi would have good measure and even control. Think of the movies as a last resort.

If you lived in the Star Wars universe you'd have to be comfortable with dealing with all sorts of physical differences in various aliens including smells (upwind), discharges (predictive avoidance), height (heels), size (layered clothing), strength differences (use the Force) etc.... oh wait thats not real is it, bugger, I'll stand by my point though and the reason is compassion and inclusivity.

The body only represents a small part of the person, probably some measure of capability.... its their attitudes and behaviours which should count for most everything. I know its a cliche but its true, that beauty is on the inside. It just requires people to be beautiful on the inside to see it.

So do you think that becuase she has an apperance that alot of people find distressing automatically means she is a good person?

Ugliness beuty are definable things. This is not being cold hearted, it is just being realistic.

Whether we find someone atractive is something else. That's less universally definable, becuase it depends on many things inluding our own disposition toward that person...
