I think not. Im at the point where I would prefer to just make peoples lives miserable. It just seems like it would be so much easier and far more satisfying to strike out and hurt them, than continue to resolve or let things go.

Less an exploration and more giving up on slathering sunscreen over it.

While I do think it's healthy to get these sorts of feelings out in the open, I think you'll find that if you probe deeply enough, you'll find you're just hurt. Letting go of the things that pain us is hard, but ultimately more rewarding than acting on our baser impulses.

Oh Im sure. Hurt in this life is inevitable. But at what point did we decided that not being hurt was preferable. Maybe the anxiety we cause ourselves simply comes from the fact that we keep being told that hurting others and being hurt ourselves is bad. And who gets to decide how is an appropriate way to deal with my irritation and hurt because of mindless, spineless oxygen thieving idiots
