Then I forgot to use quote so people are thinking I'm replying to them when I'm talking about something else. I'm not sure if some posts are directed at me or not. It's after 3:30am here and I'm tired. I'll catch up later and sort out the confusion.
There is literally no edited posts from when our engagement on this topic began, nice excuse though. If it helps the posts that I directed to you are directed to you

Is belief not a feeling? Is it not a desire for a thing to be true? How can you be a Sith if you believe nothing, and only desire? Are desires not rooted in the belief that things would be better/worse/more pleasurable if a thing/situation were to occur?
Everyone believes in something. Even if that something is nothing, the belief exists. You're going to have to be much more specific if you wish to get your point across accurately.

the same could be said to you.
all you did was generalise the issue and say it was the same, which of course it's going to be the same if you do that.
anyway.
the feeling isn't as much belief, as it is resonance. Belief can resonate but it isn't default, a resonance.
Should I be more specific or should people not read so much into what I say?

Depends...
If you ask post a general question or comment, expect the response to be the same...
The more specific you are, the more specific the response....
But, you prolly knew that...

I have gone around on this topic with Andy and Alethea...
Not that I can't do so again, of course...
Yes we have, and no, I think I'll pass. It took AT LEAST 12 pages to get someone to admit there is SOME KIND of standard for knighthood the last time.
Now that I know it exists, I can just let it be. Besides, "unification" and "standards" really don't worry me anymore. I have a good thing going on my own.
lol...
I wasn't saying you or Alethea agreed with our methods, only we discussed...

It took twelve pages for your words to make sense to me, where my answer satisfied you...

Had page one ask "is there more stringent requirements for knighthood", it mighta stopped there.... If it said it so plainly, then perhaps (most likely) I missed is, or misunderstood...

What are you letting go? The whole topic?
Yea, we are not into unification either... Its why Alethea's "Compass" is sitting in Council... The discussion about it is circular right now...

 I'll go and ask the ladies of the night. You never know they might be Sith :silly:John wrote: Sith hardly corner the market on passion and desire.
I must say, if this thread is in any way representative of reality, the whole countries with borders (and ditches, concrete walls and barbedwire) thing makes perfect sense.
Funny how when people from the community show up, any thread will derail into the same petty stuff they've been arguing about for the past 15 years.
