Barrera- Now you've had to resort to putting words in my own mouth. Who said "evil can be positive"? Your post only demonstrates that you become frustrated when you are refuted, and refuse to learn from that refutation, or at least reason with a genuine counter-argument... a sign of immaturity. It also shows a lack of discipline with the Force.

Often claiming knowledge or wisdom is a sign of lacking both....I claim neither, only experience...and we all have experiences....

Menace, if you're ready to really learn about your darkness, I suggest coming to my order and take up studies with people like Khaos, Darth Draconis, Kiss and a few other noteable Dark Force Realists. Whether the Force has sides or they are merely facets of the human psyche, you have only scratched the surface- and I feel you would benefit from a more in depth exploration.

You asked a question at the beginning of this post, let me give you my answer:

I look at life in the sense that we all have a place in society. It is my personal belief that a functional society has man contributors. In order to maintain that balance, you need those that are willing to stand up against those who would oppose the health of a functional society. These opposing forces may come from renegades (criminals) or even from within in the form of mambers of society's mental health (those that loss touch with reality, that are suicidal, that can't find a way to move forward and are constantly stuck in the past, etc).

I can not speak for everyone, but for myself, I help others so that they can make a choice on whether or not they want to pursue a life of self service or one of selflessness. To help them break free of their own chains, as well as let loose of the chains they have on others.

The Jedi path isn't for everyone, neither is the Sith Path. We must all find our own ways, I found mine-Jedi. Others are free to find their own.

Does it really matter? He either is or he isn't. Go talk to him. Know a tree by its fruit, directly. What could Alethea tell you that you would accept as sufficient proof or reason anyway? The title of this thread is "Dark Side?", not "Sith credentials pissing contest". I mean, seriously. LOL
