And you wonder why we don't always want to make outside contacts...

I just visited their site and noticed that under the "Jedi Ministries" page they list the NEw Jediism Order, the CoJ and many others but not us. More examples of pettiness??

Everyone under the ULC heading is welcome to have churches on their site and should be respected. Respect is a two way street. If TOTJO wants to be respected by the other communities then they must show respect for the other communites.

If the comments like the ones made by yourself and Kitsu on pages like the one I mentioned are an indication of the "respect" that you afford us, then why would we bother? As you say, it's a two-way street and here are just some of the recent comments made about us:
" I DO NOT view temple of the Jedi Order as JEDI. I would NEVER EVER EVER EVER....EVER....go through TOTJO for anything legal of Jedi. There beliefs and practice are completely OPPOSET from my beliefs of Jedi. They will not touch me."
"TOTJO is not well respected as a organization let along a Jedi organization."
I can't believe I'm quoting Eminem, but "I don't care if you're black, white, straight, bisexual, gay, lesbian, short, tall, fat, skinny, rich or poor. If you're nice to me, I'll be nice to you...."

Hi. I am Kitsu Tails...the quote above is mine. And so that there is no confusion....if you read said quote you will see that I said "Anything Legal" and "My version" I believe I have full rights to that opinion and doesn't say anything about the site and it's members. I have known several members here for several years and just like you guys ghost FB...I often ghost the forums

"Anything Legal" That implies the fact that I would never ordain myself through TOTJO. That did not however say that I would never visit the forums, discuss topics, and interact with members. I believe I should be able to do all that without being ordained by you. Is this inaccurate?
"My Version" I do not believe in your codes, rituals, ranking system, and education system. There for it would be accurate in saying that Your version and My version are by far not the same. That however does not mean that I wont refer people to this website were I to find a member that would fit in here and searching for a community, or as said above...Interact with your members.
If you, as a community, cannot accept criticism and diversity of opinions then perhaps it is good that you all sit here in seclusion and not put yourself "in the line of fire" However, if you as a community seek means of improvment and accept opposing thoughts, you might find that by interacting with those who do not agree....you could learn something and quite possibly make a new friend

May The Force Be With You.

MJ Hannigan wrote: Its a great topic. Shame some have issues with other churches doing ordination for its members. Looks to me that more often then not one member of TOTJO needs to flaunt how TOTJO does it correctly and no one else does.
And this is now going to be the third time that I have told you that you read way too much into things...
I hereby challenge you to back up your assumptions and statements with direct quotations of what is said. If I said it you can prove it right? After all you wouldn't want to come off as though you were making unjust statements about someone and insulting them would you? I think we can both agree that a Jedi wouldn't simply accuse someone else without some sort of reasoning backed up by evidence that is plain to see...
