Citizens with guns

I understand how it can be frustrating. We can't MAKE people change...nor should we.

The guns aren't the problem, it's obviously the dogs. We gotta focus on the dogs and stop them from becoming radibarkized. All well-behaving pooches should be trained in proper firearm usage in case one acts up. The only thing stopping a bad dog with a gun is a good dog with a gun. We need armed good dogs in every house.

EDIT: I forgot to add - any dogs with ties to past biting behaviour will be barred from entering the country when I become president. It's gonna be great, and we're gonna stop these... animals.
