Did you like this? I'm wondering if it is worth it to read the book, or just invest the hour in the TED talk.

The TED talk is absolutely worth the time. Gives great insight into leadership and the why it works. I would recommend the book, it goes into much greater detail but if you're not looking to study leadership beyond a decent foundation, the book isn't worth the time to invest. I enjoyed the book and the audio book, but it gets repetitive (showing same ideas from different situations) and the basis is covered by the video.
I recommend the video to ANYONE in any kind of leadership or followership position. The book I recommend for folks entering leadership positions or are interested in expanding the video in greater detail.
