Jediism shouldn't be a house, more like hogwarts itself, school is a place where u learn. Well, maybe not in HP but ok ^^ Each house can be the different ways to interpret Jediism.

I think the best system would be to not limit yourself to one house, but to experience them all.

Why not have a rotation, so you can experience all four houses your first four years then spend the last three in the house that suits you best.

May the Force be with you,
Rai

It may surprise some that I have taken the test at pottermore and always get Hufflepuff.
Of course, it may not surprise anyone! :P
I like what Ren said, very true.
Harry Potter, like with so many other things, can teach lessons and we just have to be willing to accept them for what they are. Even though there are several houses, they are all in one school. The students all attend the same classes taught by the same teachers. I see the houses as personas of different personality traits that are found in one body. Each unique, independent and needed.

Even in the cartoon, My Little Pony, each member of the group expresses different personality types and only when they are together do things work out for the best.

Look at the Jedi that people idolize, emulate or just find them self drawn to… what trait do they exemplify?

As to the initial question…
I think Jedi can be in all the houses. And we are just striving for a balance where we might not end up being so predominate in one characteristic over the others. ;)

Love that picture v...dumbledore's jedi army...

So I did the wand thing on pottermore, dogwood/dragon core/ 12 1/2 inches very rigid...in some cases I simply flipped a coin since more than one answer honestly suited me....

The sorting....again wound up doing a lot of coin flipping as every single question had more than one answer that could be honestly applied to me eg. The chest with several artifacts (scroll, dagger,mirror,etc)...I would have taken all of them...end result of all the coin flipping hufflepuff....

Now personality wise....as most that know me well know I have traits that fit well into all 4houses...

Okay ... I'll play ...

I'm in Gryffindor, and my wand turned out to be of Holly with a phoenix feather, 12 1/2" and slightly springy ...

While it is fairly obvious that a person will more than likely exhibit traits from all houses, this does not mean they posses these traits in equal measure.

Dumbledore, and the book itself spoke of Harry exhibiting traits that Voldermort and any Slytherin would posses, and yes, his choice was taken into consideration.

There is also the fact that the traits of Gryffindor were more prominent.

Really, the indecisiveness and unwillingness to choose a house and thus be heaven forbid "defined" shows a lack of self knowledge and awareness more than a diversity of character.

Jedi already had there sorting anyway. Guardian, Consular, Sentinel.

How well do you know yourself? Certainly, I could spin it to where I would fit in any house, as I have exhibited traits that belong to any house, but that is a shallow answer/choice. It shows no real searching on my part, or depth of understanding,Truly, I exhibit certain traits more strongly, and those who know me would probably see those traits most prominently.
