But I wonder if we all believe in the same doctrine.

Frankly, I can't believe this is still a problem, we've got some appalling regimes and pseudo-democracies and the majority of men would believe such things which you have previously stated. As with most things extremism poisoned this movement.

I will refer you to this video.

This video contains footage of radical feminists.

I don't know if you are aware of the story in which a woman overhears a joke between two friends and eventually reports it to either the officials at the event or directly to the police, nevertheless she managed to get one of the gentlemen in question fired from his job, later the woman was also fired but I admit to forgetting something, although it escapes me now.

Though non-extremist feminism I'm in favour of. I'm all for equality but right now it's not as grand a problem as what faces humanity and democracy at this point in time. When the world is at a somewhat more "stable" position I think we should prioritise equality among the sexes.

Good night. Tomorrow will be a fresh new day...if that is what you want.

Pardon me for any missing links or vague writing it's nearing the time for me to go t bed. I have to wake up early so....

Is equality exemplified as everyone should get shoes or everyone should get size 10 shoes?

What happens when someone doesn't want to wear shoes?

Not everyone has feet. Or sometimes just one.

Some people cant afford shoes.

Some people can afford shoes that cost more than I care to think about it. (seriously, have you seen the price on some footwear?)

Some people have feet and cant walk.

Arms, legs, torso, kidney, liver, heart, blood… the same basic parts, the same basic structure. Conscience, soul, feelings, wants and fears… we all have these too. There are differences between us but these don’t make us less equal! These differences produce a kind of variety. Like the color of a car or automatic compared to standard. It’s a matter of preference; not one is better over the other.

In our genetic makeup is the same coding that we all start off with the same opportunity. Even when people have what appears to be missing limbs, there is some degree of limb there. Maybe under the skin where you can’t see it.

The point isn’t that we are all dealt the same hand; it’s that we, as a species, are equal to each other. We each have things we are good at or maybe deficient in. That doesn’t change that we are carbon based life form of the human race. It just means we are not exact duplicates.

But I think you know what I was referring to from the start. Sometimes we just want to be argumentative. That’s okay. :D

Sure, I may not be the best football player... but I can still play the game!

Was an example and I assumed (my bad) that it being an example was understood. Examples are not exact reference but comparative.

ex•am•ple
noun \ig-ˈzam-pəl\

: a person or way of behaving that is seen as a model that should be followed

: someone or something that is mentioned to help explain what you are saying or to show that a general statement is true

: something or someone chosen from a group in order to show what the whole group is like

: one that serves as a pattern to be imitated or not to be imitated <a good example> <a bad example>

: a punishment inflicted on someone as a warning to others; also : an individual so punished

: one (as an item or incident) that is representative of all of a group or type

: a parallel or closely similar case especially when serving as a precedent or model

: an instance (as a problem to be solved) serving to illustrate a rule or precept or to act as an exercise in the application of a rule

Now… just because we are equal does not mean that we are all the same. And I stated that before. When I say equal, I am referring to the fact that we all share the same inalienable human rights. That just because you are a little different does not give me or anyone else permission to treat you as less than anyone else.

Just because someone had a bad experience does not mean they will ever be right to judge an entire group by that experience. Just because someone has multiple bad experiences certainly does not make it right. It means you need to evaluate what the common denominator is.

Hypothetical example…
If I keep getting in car wrecks it does not mean that everyone else on the road is a bad driver. It does not necessarily mean that I am a bad driver. After looking at it and I find out all the wrecks I have gotten into have occurred while driving around when the bars get out and I keep getting hit by people, then perhaps I might want to not drive during that time frame… and support stronger legislation to clean up the streets.

I don't think misogyny has a place on these forums, but it finds itself here, anyway. Even though the individuals who typed the comments only meant it in humor, they failed to think of whom they might be hurting with their words. Honestly, I don't find attraction to a woman related to her accomplishments, but her intellect. Regardless of whether she chooses to be a housewife, or a highly successful business woman; if she has the ability to hold my attention, intellectually, consider me interested. Also, when I'm in a relationship, I would expect mutual intention to understand each other rather than judgment. So, feminism has no place in my life.

Being married to the same woman for 11 years and having 5 children together, I've never thought that my wife had "a place" simply because she is a woman. Through observation over the years, my wife has proven to be the better caretaker between us and she's much more focused on getting things done than I am. This could be because I'm a lazy person, which doesn't preclude me from getting things done. I, like my grandmother, do things on my own time rather than when someone else expects it to be done. On the other hand, being in the military, I do have to do things when others expect them to be done when there is a deadline. But, all in all, my wife and I love each other no matter how bad things get (of which we have had bad times in the past, but all is good, now).

Equal rights and total equality confuse people. Total equality sucks and most people disagree with it, and those who have tried it hate it. Equal rights are awesome and those who have experienced it wouldn't have it any other way.

I think it would be wise to cast off this confusion and be clear.

Few are those who see with their own eyes and feel with their own hearts.
