Remember
Good day Jedi and friends.
These seasons have flow. No flow is more evident than that of the time to remember. The seasons pause before they change. Even in our calendars, it reminds us to remember and take time to remember.
We self reflect here and share. What we do is really remember. We recall. How we react to what we find can be one hundred percent on us and a path we may need to take with a drop of caution.
Real Talk
Holiday times are not Joyous and Triumphant for every one. Some times reflections hurt. Please take time this year and season to reflect. Also remember that in the seek of things, something's we find, may let anger hang out as well. It is real. Have a seat for the anger as well. Sometimes, just being able to have a space is all you need to grow.
Remember where you have been and remember where you are now. Let the seasons and the Force guide you. Same time, remember some things can hurt too. Pack accordingly.

Peace
The Creed states this
I am a Jedi, an instrument of peace;
Where there is hatred I shall bring love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
And where there is sadness, joy.
I am a Jedi.
I shall never seek so much to be consoled as to console;
To be understood as to understand;
To be loved as to love;
For it is in giving that we receive;
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
The Force is with me always, for I am a Jedi.
Creed adopted from the Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi, author unknown, 1915.
"I shall bring.."
If you read or recite the Creed like this, one could see a bit more...
I shall be the bringer of Love
I shall be the bringer of Pardon
I shall be the bringer of Faith
I shall be the bringer of Hope
I shall be the bringer of Light
I shall be the bringer of Joy
even more....
I keep Love for giving
I keep Pardon for giving
I keep Faith for giving
I keep Hope for giving
I keep Light for giving
I keep Joy for giving
Does this change the way we see the Creed? I hope so.
This week, we can be the bringers of peace as much as anything else. By keeping peace, we can give it. Keep it and give it. Some days, if it were not for the giving of others, I would have gotten what I deserved. Need a change? Be the change you need. Be the "what ever it is" for some one else. Woahhhhhhhhhh.... what a concept. Or you can carry one too, that ok too. For those who seek a change or even just something new, try keeping a few of these things for those who need it. There is a magic in things like this and there is a grace that dwells in flow of things like this too. Virtues begets virtue.
Something to think about this week friends and Jedi
May the Force be with y'all!

To topple
7. Jedi understand their limitations. We recognize, and take responsibility, for our failures and develop a level of modesty about them. We respect the right for others to disagree and understand that they themselves are not perfect.
This Monday Meditation we talked about :
Reflection and too much being too much.
We have limits. We do. We are human. Understanding these limits can help anyone on a self-reflective path. We can stack too much in our own paths and watch things topple. This holiday season and this week, take some time to think on Jedi Teaching 7.
Can too much reflection harm as well?
Something to think about Jedi as we go through this week together. May the Force be with y'all

14. Jedi are guardians of peace. We believe in helping all those that are in need, in whatever form, to the best of our ability. We recognize that sometimes providing help requires courage in the face of adversity but understand that conflict is resolved through peace, understanding and harmony.
Harmony and Understanding
These are a few things that can bring or share peace.
We have this "glow" about us, every single one of us. The "wanna-help" light seems to always be on for some and thats ok.
Jedi teaching 14 reminds us it aint gunna be easy and it will take some time. There are some who understand things quickly, I do not. Thats ok too. The understanding part of things takes some application and time.
We are keepers of what we got. Share what ya got. There are so many levels of peace and understanding, I will meet you in the seek. Promise.

11. Jedi are mindful of their thoughts. We recognise the beauty in others and we provide help to those who come seeking it. Through our benevolent actions we strengthen not only ourselves but also our communities. Jedi act without prejudice.
I have noticed the push for mindfulness in the world and in my own community. Its on billboards and commercials and even on the radio and music and books.
In our thoughts are where things often live. This week I want to remind Jedi to be mindful of our thoughts. What we put in this week will come out next week and what we often read is how we can think. Seeing the beauty in others is so much more than just tolerance. By this action we can find strength.
If you do not know, Every Monday we meet in the Discord in the Pastors room for a hour to chat on such things. This morning was a good chat. Thank you all to those who show up a often as they do. Please feel free to post here with your ideas or comments or encouragements on such things.
Think about mindfulness and share it this week. May the Force be with y'all this week.

Good morning all you 500 plus Bright beams of hope!
Today and this week I want to remind Jedi everywhere to have a creed and code and to be ready when its checked, you may reach your limits this season.
Having Codes and Creeds is a human thing. We got em in every color and idea you can fathom. Some have rhythms and rythemes and some are as simple as a easy statment.
Ours are here
https://www.templeofthejediorder.org/doctrine-of-the-order
Qui Gon Jin says our focus determines our reality. This is a very human thing to say not a Jedi thing. I have a Hawaiian study course I take. I keep it in my heart for me. It is a part of me as much as my hair and tatoos. One in paticular is one of seven called MAKIA - Energy flows where attention goes.
The days of making things up have been traded for seeking of the originals.
See this week if your Jedi Creed and Codes are already in your path. Do some reflection and find a few parallels when it comes to creeds and codes and you will find how human Jedi really are. ?

What has to come ? Will my heart grow numb ?
How will I save the world ? By using my mind like a gun
Seems a better weapon, 'cause everybody got heat
I know I carry mine, since the last time I got beat

I gotta ask this real quick. If we choose to be Jedi before we choose to try and be "good" people will we not miss both targets?
Just food for thought!
Much Love,

When used correctly, the Jedi Tenets allow us to better ourselves and overcome any obstacle. They help us improve the world around us and fulfil our purpose in life as a Jedi.
https://www.templeofthejediorder.org/doctrine-of-the-order
Focus Knowledge and Wisdom are a path any Jedi anywhere can travel or set a path on. These three words and ideas can create.
I have the joy and privilege to host a hour chat session in our Discord space every Monday. If your around join in. We chat about every day doctrine and application. This Monday was a good one.
I want to encourage others to join on Mondays and start the week with ideas and doctrine to think about during the week.
May the Force be with ya'll

This comes from one of our Maxims, a general truth or idea we share here.
Meditation: To exercise the mind.
"Through regular meditation a Jedi examines their motivations, and are certain that they are not allowing emotion, ignorance, or passion to intrude upon them. Meditation can be used by a Jedi to improve their mindfulness, focus, or patience."
One of the things I like is how we share. Good morning! Jedi everywhere.
This morning, in Discord, we were chatting about mediation and how it produces Focus, Patience, and Mindfulness.
If we are seeking those types of skills, then meditation is the place to find it. There are always different practices and no ONE way is ever "the way" with this very idea. Meditation produces so many results for each person, it can be a benefit to everyone in a very personal way. How and when we meditate can change the results we get. There is a secret benefit to rising early to meditate so many know by different names. The same can be said for night-time meditations. The potential is always there. Where we find what we seek can be up to us. For some, meditation is automatic, and I say that those who are there are gifted. There are some it doesn't come so easily to, for those, keep meditation often. Keep trying to find that which you seek. It can often happen in the thick of the try, the seek. Get deep in it. Go for it. Do it. You will not regret it.

Morality: To know the danger of belief.
A Jedi knows how contradicting beliefs of what is right and wrong can lead to devastating crimes and conflicts. A Jedi takes a step away from the subjectivity of opinion in favor of the peace of objectivity. A Jedi does not force their values upon others.
Belief is powerful. Zeal is a word used to describe much and a very focused idea of faith. Everyone has it. Everyone gets it. Everyone has the potential to fall in love.
There is a heed that can be taken today on this American holiday of love.
Be aware of the dangers and the potentials of belief. It can be the most wonderful and the most dangerous thing, like LOVE. Same power and same ability to be blinded by both in the same way.
Where does your belief take you and make? What and where is our focus? What does it make? I want to encourage every Jedi to check ourselves often. Its ok. Make peace as a focus some days and see if you can not trade it for something else like peace rather than conflict or objection. Love in belief can exist and it can be like miracle grow for some. The ability to give the space can help things grow in paths and in life. What it yields is the million dollar question! What will you apply it to????
Happy day of remembering your love(s)
