Some of these "freedom restricting" rules have merit. I've been around long enough to see that some people come here because they are vulnerable and looking for support and other people come here looking to prey on those people.
Now I don't think Mortose is here to prey on anyone ,but I can understand the need to protect members from con artists and the like that we know are out there.

You judge me and that rank without finding the truth first. Look at the person you accused'd rank, his is no different than mine. Yet you claim he is teaching, and that is a huge problem, when he asked a question! What if i had asked that same question just without the word apprentice in it? would this happen to me?
That is completely different to what I said. I said you have not been here for very long, so how do you know that there hasnt already been second chances? I have accused no one.
And I have not judged you. I have asked why you, who have only been a guest for a day, appear to have such a vested interest in this particular issue and seem so determined to attack a council of an organization you've only been a guest of for a day as well as call the membership and council names. A reasonable question I think.

Werent you just accusing me of judging you? What I seek is an understanding or why you feel the need to attack those you barely know on a forum you've only just joined, yet on a very specific issue. I find it interesting, and I am eternally curious about interesting things.

You know, I could see it with Hannigan. He claimed to be a Jedi Master and constantly tried to teach his crap. In that case or similar cases, this rule would make sense. To someone marked as a guest who clearly states they are not Jedi?

And speaking of honest answers, you have not yet answered mine.

You're welcome. All Mortose needs to do is put a disclaimer at the beginning of posts or use a little different choice of words. As long as there's no confusion between an individual's ideas and official teachings of The Order there's no problem. .......
I was happy with the answers i was given i have ended my posting about it and i am currently looking into the reasons for the split back in 2006 that is when many of these ideas started and where i will find the most answers

I can do that. What should the disclaimer say?

Because there are going to be a lot of people smarter than you that understand a lot of things that you don't, and they don't have the time to teach you. You can be all about this "I will call no man Master" and meandering path to enlightenment all day long, but at the end of that day, you have limits and there will always be at least one person on this planet that surpasses them.
If you choose not to listen to something they say that could help you simply because of the way they present it, or because you "can't understand" it, then that's your own ignorance showing through. No one else's.
