Asking someone to explain their thoughts and feelings on something expressed is a form of instruction. Based on his answer, Mortose would have given him further instructions or a lesson. So to say it's just promoting thought is an assumption based on ignorane, sorry to say.

I doubt my master asks me my thoughts and feelings on things just to hear what I have to say. There is a reason behind it...and since Lykeios is Mortose's apprentice, then any such questions are part of a lesson or teaching.

Yet, I gave him no further instruction here did I? I thanked his post and moved on. It was for you the concerned Jedi to offer him teaching... Something which you failed at miserably!

I still want to know what mistake... Using the term "Apprentice" ? I did such before and no one said a word. My other apprentice was know here as "Jon" by the way, though I knew the man first outside these walls, he did message my by this message system asking of the dark side.

Who are you to come into a Jedi temple and demand this and that of knights and masters? That alone signals a level of disrespect that zdoes nothing to make me personally humor you in any way shape or form. If this were my unit, and you behaved in such a manner, I would have you court martialed. Others are entirely more lenient than I, a fact that you should give thanks for.

one reason ive never joined the military ....if i cant understand a mans line of reasonign how can i respect his desicions when they do in fact regard me ...im expected to abide by them therefore i must know what caused them

Must i be here long to understand what a Jedi is? And how exactly do you know that I have never studied myself, or that I have not been here just not a member? You judge me and that rank without finding the truth first. Look at the person you accused'd rank, his is no different than mine. Yet you claim he is teaching, and that is a huge problem, when he asked a question! What if i had asked that same question just without the word apprentice in it? would this happen to me?
