Have you been listening? I've been on both extremes of the fence, on one side, with young pothead punks who aren't worth the .22 bullet it would take to get rid of them, to a country where weed possession can get one caned or hanged. Trust me, the grass is greenest where the people possessing it get penalized.

All the alcoholics I know are unemployed, but always manage to have money for beer... and have to either walk or ride a bike everywhere because of dui arrests...hence no clean records....all the potheads I know work in construction and pay taxes...

So it's as I pointed out you're letting your own negative experiences control your perspective....

Over here we have roadside tests for THC, Methamphetamine and Ecstasy by testing a small amount of saliva. It's very quick, very common, and seems to work. I'm surprised if it is not in use in the US?

"A sample of the driver’s saliva is taken by specially-trained police officers, using an absorbent collector placed in the mouth or touching the tongue. This test takes about three to five minutes. If the test is positive, it must be confirmed by laboratory testing before charges can be laid."

Cannabis: Random roadside drug testing can detect cannabis for at least several hours after use. Even after a small amount of cannabis you should not drive for at least five hours. Even though you may not feel the effects, the drug may still be detected in a test.

Career reasons. Didn't want to raise my kid in a country where she is the racial minority.

It might be in use in the US. I haven't heard of it, but I also don't tend to worry about drug laws since I don't do drugs, so perhaps I just haven't come across it before.

I did not call you a liar. I simply have an issue with your lack of facts. Experience based on a tiny tiny TINY portion of the population does not constitute a fact.
