No, Maynoth, you've never said it THAT way before. I think you probably would have gotten more understanding if you had made the statement above rather than "it's scientific" and that you have to see it yourself. They are two completely different approaches to the subject.

Anyways, back on topic (even if briefly) I told Ren I'd change something, but realized I had not gotten around to it yet:

Loyalty to the Jedi Code- This has a few different variants depending on what order a Jedi attends. A Jedi is bound by the code.. By maintaining your loyalty to the code, you are able to keep your actions in check through the moral integrity of the Jedi Path outlined in the Jedi Code. It is important that a Jedi checks their own version of the code against the original codes (Anderson and Skywalker Codes) before they adopt it.

I am absolutely certain I have. I think we even argued about this very point in my old holocron.

I couldn't count the number of times this has come up in debate over the years.

Saying the same thing, using different words, or when folks are more receptive, can change the chance that one is understood...

I'm still wondering where those articles in reputable scientific publications are.

Not trolling, but if you can prove it, it would support the fact that I've told people for years: my memory is horrendous. Lol

I think he may have changed his mind. It is well documented he had zero respect for scripture, and the most religious he's ever been is probably pandeist.

Go to force academy and re read your comments in my holocron.

I only have access to general discussion via search but here are some bits I've found:

August 2012

Unlike faith based beliefs, this practice is something that is self verifiable.

It is a mechanical training and all students who practice diligently and correctly will achieve the same results and experiences.

All I can say is if you think it's BS, come see for yourself.

Jan 2013

The system I study isn't a belief system any more than a martial art or a weight training system is a belief system.

You follow instruction in meditation, and observe the same results all students do.

No faith is required, no belief in anything is required.

I have zero respect for scripture, yet I consider myself very religious.
