45 minute medium fast hike
30 crunches
thigh muscles complaining loudly from the squats yesterday but they eased up as the day went on. :)

beautiful sunny day.
considering a 5 K race for later in the year .......mmmm possibly half marathon.
I want to set some goals.
Back to the nerd fitness workout tomorrow. Looking forward to it as much as it is freaking me out!! :laugh:

Arms, dips, pull ups, dips, 20 min on elliptical, then sauna for 12 min at 170 degrees F. Does anyone else sauna? I'm new to it, and hoping I get some health benefits/ higher tolerance to heat from it.
