50 squats
50 reverse crunches
50 push ups
1 min plank

Today I did my meditation after exercising. As predicted, it went a little better this time, but not as good as I would like. I brought new shoes to try and rectify the situation. You'll notice that the number of crunches has changed from 100 to 50 because I didn't feel like I was getting the proper workout from the regular crunches, so I have taken to doing reverse crunches and let me tell you, they certainly work you. I have also changed the way I do squats and doing them directly after the reverse crunches made my legs shake. It was nice.

Today I added music to my workout routine "Naruto Shippuden Top 10 Fighting soundtracks" located here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NI7Qq1tKNnY.
I had a really hard time doing the push ups today. I think its partially because I have done them so many days in a row. Nevertheless, I worked through them and managed to finish the others without a problem. The music seemed to be a distraction though, so I wont be adding it again, and I didn't really feel the rush of energy I normally do when I finish my work out. That's interesting. Maybe because I didn't eat before.

Nooice! Love me some Naruto fighting music. :D

You should be fine. Try it for a few days to see if it actually works for you. I personally can't workout on a full stomach, so I workout when I first wake up in the morning. Here's something that may interest you in that regard:

Not for everybody, but worth a try, imo. Awesome workout, btw! :)

Today I was able to do 40 pushups without a break! I am really happy about that. The Plank is also coming easily as well. I am pretty sure I need to add more exercises to my regime. I'm going to add moutain climbers, hip raises, chair dips to my routine and I am going to increase the max I do per day
