Triathlon is now 9 days away. Hyper extended my knee during burpies so I'm feeling a little slow and sore today, but smashed out 7miles on the bike this morning and had weight training session with our PT.

Training for the last 5 weeks has been
Monday - Run and Bike
Tuesday - HIIT circuits
Wednesday - Bike and weights
Thursday - swim
Friday - rest
Saturday HIIT cardio
Sunday - rest

Feeling pretty tired, but its pretty cool to watch the teams progress over the weeks.

pushed a weight sled around, ropes, pullups, 15 min elliptical, some ab stuff. very scientific tracking in process.

I've been forgetting to check in...

Anyway, check in for today.. about an hour of yoga. After 40 minutes I tried a video of a new style but after 20 minutes gave up because I hated it. Will try something else next time I think.

It won't let me have a blank signature ...
