The Sith Academy!
I agree...everyone here learns different things from different resources.Brenna wrote:

In your opinion.
You have no way of knowing what significance it may have for other people, what it reminds them of, or teaches them.

So...Zenchi, no one here is wanting to join them. No one even said that they were remotely interested in doing so. If this thread bothers you so much, then just stay out of it. It is you alone who distracts yourself from your studies by coming in here to point fingers at those of us who are learning from these clown's mistakes and acts.

I have quite a bit of one, and quite a lot of the other, and I still find something of value in it for myself. Seeing past the facade is what makes it so interesting personally.

check out these two last Sith Academy/Black Dragon videos on Youtube about ISIS. They certainly have some entertainment value:

The second one builds up on the first, but the second one is way cooler

Yes, I saw that video homage too and I thought it was a nice thought that they did that.
I didn't post the videos primarily to make fun of them either although the second one seem to be intended to be comical.

Oh no, dont get me wrong, I still think there ridiculous as a group, and even as individuals for the most part.
I just feel that it was nice gesture of respect, especially as I believe Stolas was deserving of respect, and aknowledgement.
One post is about all the slack they get, haha.

As Jedi, Sith, or what have you, I think it a fine example to follow.
Certainly, our families extend to these communities, in that I have put two decades into work on the Dark path, and have interacted within the Force realists communities. I have known and conversed with some of the people in them and have known them for that long.
Aside from rank, our feelings about another group, or person, petty squabbles, etc, I think there should be some kind of aknowledgement for the individuals we come into contact with.
We are the only ones who will really know and understand about this very specific path we walk.
