First decent weights workout since I had surgery over two years ago. Relatively low intensity, but I've got to start slowly, don't want to injure myself. 20 mins on the mill (mainly walking, achilles heel injury...) followed by 100 push-ups and then half an hour of weights. Feeling awesome!!!

Did alright yesterday. Meditations weren't as long as I'd like, but I did do them.

Sunday 6/4/17

Meditations-a lot of thought (hours) maybe an hour of true meditation
Arm workout
1 hr of sword form
1 full session of bag sparring until wrists could no longer take pain (yes they were taped)

What has to come ? Will my heart grow numb ?
How will I save the world ? By using my mind like a gun
Seems a better weapon, 'cause everybody got heat
I know I carry mine, since the last time I got beat

Another successful one - 11'000 steps, half an hour on the mill and 100 push-ups as well as 20 mins of mindfulness meditation.
