The first challenge was a big succes but we still have some goals to be reached :)

Every Noob is welcome to join !

1. Pick a challenge
- 50 crunches a day or squats or something else to do with sports if you want or
- 2x 20 minutes of meditation a day or
- 15 min learning a language or
- whatever challenge you can come up with and stick to it for 30 days

Important : Check in here regularly and encourage eachother

We start on Wednessday the 24th !

I'll gladly join you again in this. I've also slightly revised my goals:

- One meditation per day (preferably 20 minutes or more)
- reduce sugar intake
- introduce and maintain a workout schedule (e.g. 3x per week)
- Lose 6 pounds.

I will absolutely take part in this second challenge!

This time My goals are to meditate a minimum of 20 minutes per day. The type of meditation I will be doing is simply Relaxation Meditation because I need to calm my mid a bit and sharpen my focus.

Also, I will be doing my push ups as well. I purchased some push up handles which lets me go much lower in the down motion. I will start off with 10 per day, but I want to get up to 30 per day. I will only be doing these 6 days a week though because the muscles need time to relax and heal.

Lastly I want to get back to the gym a minimum of 2 days a week. With my work schedule that will be a very difficult task indeed, but that's why it's called a challenge!

Goals for this 30 day challenge.

1. Daily minimal work out:
3 days upper body
2 days lower body
2 days abs

2.Meditation
25 mins a day off time
15 mins outside during lunch break

3. Nature
Climb 1 tree a week
1 hike a week with gf
