Such a small amount of time for me is making me much happier doing things for others in my life for the rest of the day.
Love that series!

5- workout fail, short hike followed by family meetings
Fail
6- Long nature hike 10.1 miles, 1 tree climbed, short ab workout!
7- short urban hike, plus museums, beautiful dinner at the top of the Hancock for my Girl's birthday. short arm workout on arriving home.
What has to come ? Will my heart grow numb ?
How will I save the world ? By using my mind like a gun
Seems a better weapon, 'cause everybody got heat
I know I carry mine, since the last time I got beat

* Meditate twice every day, for at least 10 minutes each session
* Brush my teeth every day
* Work on a creative project (crafting, research, writing, etc) for at least 30 minutes every day.
Structured goal setting (spirit, brain, and body) feels much better to me than kind of groping for where I might want/need to go next
