time to come clear here guys - 9 days ago my cat died, a few days later my (only) aunt died - I went into a downward spiral that I still haven't completely come out of yet. I've had a lot of help (the person in question knows who I'm talking about - thank you, I don't know how to ever repay you for this) and I'm feeling slightly better now.
I never skipped on meditation (albeit one day I was down to 1 minute, just couldn't do more) but sports-wise I was in a deep-freeze. I started working out again the day before yesterday, so I'm slowly getting back on track, same goes for the diet. Didn't lose any weight but also didn't put on any (considering the fact that apart from work I was basically just lying on the sofa the entire week thats quite a feat

What has to come ? Will my heart grow numb ?
How will I save the world ? By using my mind like a gun
Seems a better weapon, 'cause everybody got heat
I know I carry mine, since the last time I got beat

Hi guys!
I am filling in this, most goals were actually met each day I wasn't on. I decided to take a random camping trip to around where I used to live in Arizona. I went wilderness hiking/camping near Sedona on the federal land. Each day, we did about 8 miles full heavy packs! great work out, also did some very awesome climbing, nothing huge but big enough to learn proper anchoring and harness use. Also, the land makes for some stellar meditation in the shade during the day and under the stars at night. Only fails were the 2 days of driving both ways.
Great Job everyone who is close to finishing keep it up and when you want to give up on whatever you are doing let the Force be your strength and flow through you. (Needed it on a climb), I physically couldn't do it the way my friend did, hung there for a second, then closed my eyes too a deep breath and went with the alternative route (required an upward jump and single hand catch so I could then plan my feet) I felt was best, it worked out and was fun and then peaceful.
Anyways I and rambling good Job guys keep it up!
