Thursday-Afternoon hike, meditation goal met.
Friday-Arm workout late, meditation 25 mins
Saturday- Long morning hike, increased weight in pack, meditation fail
Sunday- Short run, Meditation morning 20 mins planned evening.
What has to come ? Will my heart grow numb ?
How will I save the world ? By using my mind like a gun
