He now is my head porter and has 15 others working under him and he works at trying to act like me and talk things out over using his fist. He goes home next wk and I must say.... I think we all need to realize that not everyone grows up in a stable environment, with a kind, loving, and caring family. While there are some unspeakable crimes that people commit, and those who do things less serious, we should be compassionate for those around us who don't always do the right thing. While there are a lot of people who grow up in a "disaster" home and still manage to make something of their life and not go to the life of crime, people react to situations differently and not everyone thinks ahead and looks at what they're doing to others, what can happen to themselves, and how it will negatively impact their lives.
