To prove this you would need to go through all the judges, their cases and so forth.
This is not something any of us can accomplish.

Per the legal system having flaws I personally do not think anything is perfect, other then myself of course, and there is room for improvement.

We need to also look at other facters that many do not consider, is it the judge, the legal representives the people have and so forth. Now if you are saying that white folks make more money and get better lawyers to get off on charges then that has nothing to do with the legal system itself instead it is economical not rasical inequality.

Of course it has to do with the legal system. People should be judged for their crimes, not based on how skilled a representative (lawyer) is. If the system is biased, directly or not, it is an unjust system. A system, which, I would hope, a Jedi like yourself would stand up against.

People are judged on the crimes it is believed they have committed. Remember innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. It the laws were against a specific race then I would have issues, however that is not the case. It is a economical issue so unless people here go to law school and take on a lot of probono work there is no way to change that.

Do not get me wrong I do understand your side of this topic, however I just do not see the same way you do. I personally stand behind the US legal system from the cops who pick people up, to the DA who charges them, the judge who controls the circus and the jury who either aquits or finds them guilty.

Stop drinking the Kool-Aid. Indonesia has less corruption than the US (also lower unemployment, more home-ownership, higher life expectancy, healthier food, blah blah blah).

Proof of what?

I have not seen anything to prove that the system functions different for one race verse another race. That is the point I have made here.

I've recently spent some time in the courtroom of my local district court here in Utah. And it truly was an eye opening experience for me. While I understand the limitations of humankind I was totally blown away at the fairness and justice dispensed in the courtroom by the judge and our county prosecutor. Granted it could be an anomaly here in my small town but I have nothing but respect for the justice system. I'd recommend any that can to attend your local courts. And if you see wrong or injustice, Where better to make a stand than in your own back yard.

On race:

We have a pretty diverse population here locally. I've seen equality in this courtroom. There were Whites, Native Americans, Hispanics, all accused of breaking laws. All were brought before the judge. And all, in my opinion judged with justice and fairness. Once again.. could have been because of my small community..

well you can just google anything and get lots of links. I lived in Indonesia and I grew up in the US. I know both governments intimately and have researched both exhaustively. If you think the rule of law is in effect in the US, you need to go hang out with some poor people. There is no rule of law. There is one set of rules for the rich and another for the poor. It's not justice at all. It's corruption.

Though a corrupt system of authority will not appear corrupt beyond its fringes and victims. The biggest problem in defeating corruption is probably creating enough transparency to see it in the first place!!!

Ok so it's been some time .... I see we got in to things on here a little more then I was thinking. So update on the young man ... He is doing good we have worked things out and he is one of my better inmates now... Keeping a cool head and talking will always make you a better man. He now is my head porter and has 15 others working under him and he works at trying to act like me and talk things out over using his fist. He goes home next wk and I must say.... I hope he takes what I have given him in the understanding of how to better him self and he uses what he knows. MTFBWY all .
