Ok yesterdays Yoga was a challenge due to some back pain left over from the previous day. However it did help get kinks out of my shoulder from sleeping on it funny. ( I do "yoga" in my sleep and have since I was little.)

Ok, I'm going to have to drop out. After doing then beginning of this program, and then having to drop to a more gentle program...now my surgical sites are starting to hurt after I finish.

I guess I'm not healed enough yet.

Also, I don't want an incisional hernia. :P

Sorry I forgot to post the last couple of days, but I cant tell if this is helping or hurting my back. Because one day its great for me and the next I am sore lol. But its a good work out either way.

Ok so I pulled a muscle in my leg and one in my back is cramped up. I think I need to take a break today. I love this workout though. Thanks so much for this Edan.
