Did the first video yesterday and I can say that the stretching both helped me sleep and worked out some knots that I gained from falling asleep in my chair the day before.

I do not know if I slept wrong or if I over stretched or slept wrong but my back is not happy after yesterdays yoga. Had no issues while doing it but now..... not so much.
