He created the force. He is a friend of the Dark and the Light.

God is everything good in the world- specifically God is Love. God's existance I belive can be prouven from Scientific results, and just by looking at who you are and the people around you. If you look at the beautiy of every little thing in this world you will know... Creation screams the proof of God! Even little tiny snow flakes are special and indevidual- the specila working of God. As one member said that the best way to define something and understand it is to break it down and get to the core...God really cant be broken down because he is abouve us and our mind's abilities. It like a Play Station and a PS2- PS2 games dont regester or work on The Playstation 1 models because the tech. is higher and more sophisticated. You get that lol? I suppose this is all proof af a \"Higher power\" and not one specific God. The only way that I can PROOF the existance of one GOD- SPECIFIC God is by looking in the Bible...and the FACT That Jesus actually came to us and reveiled himself to us. Most historians believe that there was a man who existed who was Jesus... oh I just realised that that I went off topic...lol this was just about defining God lol...well the BEST way to define God is that God is LOVE.

I believe god is love, but to truly experience god one must love life around them. Even when it seems like its futile or unwarranted, it is exactly this love that reveals the truth and reason for existence. it was love that conquered the emperor, not skill or strength, just plain love of a son for Father he didn't know, Despite any evil his father committed, Luke loved Vader in a way that saw through the worldly perceptions. He saw the pure love in side him. and loved that, which is what i believe is goal in this development of spirit. Every tormented soul who has walked this planet has gotten that way because at some point when it needed to be loved it was not, some downright abused. so that spark of pure love inside gets twisted and misshapen, but it is still there to be see with the right kind of eyes. and it is our job to heal that love. of course this is just my humble opinion

My stepfather always says, that god is for him the nature, the wind who blow through the trees. And for me god is that, what the Jedis see as the force. Both God and the force, are one and the same. Both are universal Forces, wich stand over all. Only with the difference, that by the christians is a Person/shape, so a God/Jesus Christ. And by the Jedis is it a energy with a body. But is Both the same only with other names and manifestation

At this early stage I can't get anywhere close to defining who/what God is, but I'm quite fond of this song. And I'll think you'll find the video is quite easy to watch ;)

Here are the lyrics for the John Lennon song God. Thinking about it now I feel that this mentality is the best place to begin. You can go where ever you like from here...

God is a concept,
By which we can measure,
Our pain,
I'll say it again,
God is a concept,
By which we can measure,
Our pain,
I don't believe in magic,
I don't believe in I-ching,
I don't believe in bible,
I don't believe in tarot,
I don't believe in Hitler,
I don't believe in Jesus,
I don't believe in Kennedy,
I don't believe in Buddha,
I don't believe in mantra,
I don't believe in Gita,
I don't believe in yoga,
I don't believe in kings,
I don't believe in Elvis,
I don't believe in Zimmerman,
I don't believe in Beatles,
I just believe in me,
Yoko and me,
And that's reality.
The dream is over,
What can I say?
The dream is over,
Yesterday,
I was dreamweaver,
But now I'm reborn,
I was the walrus,
But now I'm John,
And so dear friends,
You just have to carry on,
The dream is over.
