The Dark Aspect is the term used for the entire Dark Side of the Force and all peoples within. This encompasses Sith, Dark Jedi and Krath, among whatever others there may be.

Rickie, I agree with you that this thread should be deleted, but I also understand that this is an opportunity for us to practice being good Jedi. Rather than getting rid of him, why don't we just tolerate him? I mean there's no risk to us (a few text hate messages won't do any real harm) so why don't we just smile and say, "how cute".

After all, while we may want to destroy our problems, sometimes, the best ways to deal with our problems is show them who is in control through our own patience and tolerance. It's hard, but we can do it in this case.

We have coyote's in the suburbs. They come through the yard every now and then looking for something to eat. I don't feed them. They drift back now and then but I don't feed them. They aren't doing me any harm. They are not worth my time.

My point, if you want to practice selfcontrol there plenty of opportunities outside of the forum in day to day living. Should I say Temple when in the forum.

I, and others here, can seem like trolls, but till you know someone better, their humor and attitude, points of view, and manner of speaking could just be misunderstood....

So, when I am mistaken for an jerk, its mostly cause my wordsand/or meaning is misunderstood...

But that being said, every group as their crazies. Don't matter what kind of group it is, whether it is religious or political, etc. You get your extremists, like terrorists cells and their jihad. They give a bad name to those of the Muslim world.

Even as a Pagan, being involved for 10 years now, I have met people are nice, intelligent, and such but also those who are whack jobs and seem like role players. I have a friend the other day that went to me, "the Councils are locked in making a vote. There is a being on this plane that shouldn't be here, an old god or something. I am going to CT to kill it." Yeeeeeeeeeeeah. That shit be crazy. You have to push past it because re-dressing it just won't work with them.

I'm not calling you a jerk or troll. There is nothing wrong with express one's opinion politly. I'm not thin skinned.

Words are powerfull and should be wielded carefully.

Give the trolls notice once and if they don't get nice nice delete their post. If they start new troll threads ban them.

They are a distraction not worth anyones time. IMHO

We do our best, and tolerate as much as we can, then after enough warnings, action is taken....

To delete a troll too quick may only infuriate them further, and as email addresses are free, and accounts here are too, they will continue till they are tired....

So, if my "toying" with them, as someone called it, wears them out first, and they see its futile to continue, perhaps they will stop trolling before I ban them....

That I literally stormed out of here five months ago because I came to the rash conclusion that the Sith forums being "Archived" had for some crazy reason meant that the TOTJO was no longer "tolerant" to the Sith, yeah....my foots in my mouth right about now. The fact is, this is about the most "tolerant" group on the internet I've ever had the pleasure to be part of. I've made some MAJOR mistakes...
