Being new and not knowing much about Jedisim and this forum I find this thread disheartening. If this is fun banter or a joke fine, then it's just me and sorry for speaking up.

If this is a serious place and if it were up to me I'd deleate this thread.

Just trying to get a feel for this place.

Don't mind the thread too much Rickie, when trolls appear it's good for the soul (using a turn of phrase, not looking to get into the existence of a "soul") to play with it. It amuses me greatly.

I want in on the roleplaying. I'm a level 7 half-elf wizard.

I wouldn't disrespect the Sith I do know by comparing the two....

What is fun about the trolls, is it is a chance to practice our self control.... If I talk at you with respect, and worry about making you mad, how will people get to practice self control?

This is a perfect opportunity.... Because before we click "submit", we have a chance to change any wording... To "catch ourselves", if you will....

I agree with you, of course. My mentor, Jackie, always tells me to "resist the urge to play". I have an issue with using trolls as yarn and I play with it as a cat would. Unraveling and slowly demolishing.
