If your council does not have the right to make backups of your own site then there really is no council and it’s just a business owned by Todd. He is actually the dictator I was accused of being.

Master Dunn knows that the council is the true authority at TOTJF and he would never betray you and I would have no control over you at all. I need the evidence of what happens when you order Todd to give y’all a backup. Depending on if he does or not is important to prove my case.

We did meet. Since Todd's name is the one that legally owns the .com, the TOTJF as a group has no bearing on the .com. Take it up with him personally rather than the whole site. You live in the same town! It can't be that hard to come to an accord. And the \"I'm not responsible for my own actions, it's the other guy that forced me to do this unjust thing\" excuse is hollow! You know that!! It's the same old Letter of the Law vs. the spirit of Justice argument you and I have been through many times now.

Well, I think it was meant rhetorically. It all comes back to, TODD is the only one who legally has anything to do with the URL, yet more than just TODD is being sued. And on top of that, the threat of punishing the whole of TOTJF. But wait! It's not JHP's fault!!!! He's only pulling the trigger because we, who have no buisness in the matter are \"forcing\" him to!

Do you have control over your own temple? NO. That doesn't bother you?

Todd Evan Fogal was at the time of inception and incorporation, 1/3 of the Board of Directors for the Corporation. That makes him just as justified to right to content. And technically, HE built the site, as JHP did not possess the technical know-how as was evidenced by the MULTIPLE times he screwed it up. \"Losing\" posts, wrecking the database..etc.

Our Temple has no fault in the URL. We have nothing to do with it. It has nothing to do with control over the Temple. It's not a TOTJF matter. That's what you don't seem to understand. It's John and Todd who are involved in this. No more, no less.
