Ren asked that we note any errors and problems including The Dark Order and The Seminary which are going to have problems.
This is expected and noting all of them here are a help to him. It's much easier for Ren to diagnose and correct things on his server, and when all is free from sin (so to say), put it on our nice new server.
The old server is still there just in case.

The problems we are experiencing at TDO are due to the change of address. The question is if we do change it to the present one will we not expereience this again if it changes back to the origional one? If so when will this be?

You'll have more problems than anyoneelse because I jacked your account. I'll send you new credentials once I'm happy with the setup. Your site is very slow (it seems you installed a lot of modules -- more than the original totjo), but so far I've repaired urls, the forum works, however it seems the phpbb integration script you're using is causing trouble, going to fix that now if I can.

Thank you Ren, much appreciated. I`m just happy to get back working on it again. I do have a problem at TDO which has been plagueing me for a while, and that those parts of the forum which I intended to be visible to the public (ie guests) are not. It just keeps on showing no forum available. Any ideas?
Also I used to be able to automatically (through JFusion) log into the forum when I logged into the front page.

the dual login thing would be down to cookies. I'm sure you'll figure it out, it's trial and error. forum permissions could be dependant on joomla, since both are linked through a pretty powerful bridge.
Here, have some goodies:
I would like to add that when John will have the new server running (dunno when) I'll put everything on there as much as it is on here as possible, so that things can run as smoothly as it can as quickly as it can. either way, it should only come down to editing config files when the move is made. With the exception of the Dark order forum, which is a special case, but now i know how to do it. (there no longer are php errors after login)

The new server is ready. They were waiting for me to give them all our access to FTP, Plesk and such but since FTP was not working and even Plesk would not come up sometimes I held off so that they would not waste their time and Ren has been fixing all sorts of errors and flaws in the site so I did not want them to transfer the older buggy site there.
I've told them that we have an in house admin that will put out site on our new server and to please provide me with all the credentials.
I'm sure this will be done in short order as it's a simple request.
Our new server costs $30 US per month. There was a $20 setup fee so the first month only was $50.
We have:
Space 30GB
Traffic 2000GB
Dedicated CPU 1.0 Ghz
CPU Cores 1
Dedicated RAM 512MB
Burst RAM No
We can upgrade this any time we wish as needed.

What I need to know is if our web address will return to what it was. What the database name of TDO will be, database user name, password.

It will once again be http://TempleOfTheJediOrder.org and http://Dark.TempleOfTheJediOrder.org and http://Seminary.TempleOfTheJediOrder.org and the databases will be the same names.
If login information is different Ren will tell us.
Because we are going to totally new nameservers they can take from 24 to 48 hours to totally resolve all over the Earth.
The new server is ready and I sent Ren all the credentials. I can send them to you with email if you wish though he'll probably change the passwords.
As of now only he and I know them and I am not capable of doing anything with them anyway.
Mark probably is though.
He would be able to look around but if two people try to do this at the same time, changes I mean, it will make a mess.
I do not see why we won't be settled on the new server withing the next few days.

If the passwords to the TDO databases change I would need to know them. But if all else remains the same that is all I need to know. Thanks John.

It allows me to browse and pops the chat on top in the event of a new post....
It isn't working...
Just letting you know....
