Would appear that is the case, though it should be that the person coordinating this event should be pairing people up to keep it random, exciting, ect, rather than letting people coordinate it themselves.

Could you not also be actually coordinating? Tell whom to talk to whom, instead of leaving it up in the air?

I do remember when Kit was running this, she randomly assigned knights to non-knights and let them know so they could coordinate.

From what I understand, it worked quite well.
