Veteran's 22 a day push up challenge was created by Jack.Troutman
The 22 push up a day challenge is to raise awareness about veteran suicide rate that averages approximately 22 per day in the US alone. I want to help raise awareness for the 22 US vets who commit suicide daily. If you are a veteran know that I appreciate your service and your sacrifice for everything you have done.
If you are a veteran and you are going thru depression and are having suicidal thoughts I want you to know that you are NOT alone! Keep the faith and continue to fight the good fight and know that there are better days on the horizon and that there are those of us that truly care!
I invite you all to join me in raising awareness for the veterans not only in the US, but around the world that go thru this kind of depression.
This challenge will begin on Wednesday the 21st of June, 2017 and will continue daily for 22 days.

I'm in too - love to dedicate my daily push-ups to this cause for the next 22 days (also: day 1 done :-)
