I am doing this because people are simply not aware of the numbers associated with veteran's suicide. It is quite alarming. I am doing this NOT to feel better about myself, because it is NOT about the push ups...it's about the awareness. I already volunteer for several things but I don't post them because I do not brag about it, I simply help. This cause...and so many others...are incredibly worthwhile because if I can raise even $1 to help a family that is dealing with a family member that has committed suicide, then it is a job well done. I do this because it is personal for me.

Got day 6 done a wee bit early since I'm still awake at 12:49am.
Never lose hope. Hope is the ability to see that there is light despite all of the darkness.
