Chore? anything which aggravates my psoriasis
Time of day? whenever my psoriasis is aggravated
Sound? unexpected, and/or higher pitch or treble

What are your hobbies? Denying myself my hobbies is my favorite hobby, which only leaves me computer gaming and spirituality/health. I used to be into modified cars and performance driving, but if money was no limit then I have a fair idea where I'd spend any spare 'me' money; aerobatic flying.

What's the one place in the world you want to visit most? Wouldn't mind a trip to low Earth orbit and back, if it was safe. Not really in this world I guess... so anywhere where it is safe, with someone whom I love!!

What's your dream occupation? Fighter pilot during peacetime - just to roll and roar around among the clouds; else rescue helicopter pilot.

• What's your favorite:
Food? Seafood from the Carolinas or Gulf Coast, or just about anything from Italy - that is, actually from Italy or made by Italians.
Color? Purple or orange. I like them both for different reasons.
Animal? The Atlantic puffin, or the Siberian husky (I grew up with a husky.)
Season? Winter.
Book/series or TV series or movie? Book: "Iceland's Bell" by Halldor Laxness. TV series: "The Wire." Film: "The Lives of Others" (Das Leben der Anderen.)
Candy/sweet? Sour Patch Kids. But I don't eat sweets anymore.
Meditation? Walking meditation or writing meditation usually, but the practice of centering prayer is something I warmed up to last summer and need to do more of.

• What's your least favorite:
Chore? Laundry - washing, drying, ironing and sorting clothes. So tedious.
Time of day? Afternoon. Too warm and "busy." I prefer the peace of morning and evening.
Sound? I don't think I can come up with one. Auditory sensations are important to me, even "unpleasant" ones.

• What are your hobbies?
I read a lot, I write a lot, I listen to loads of music and I play the odd video game here and there. Among my weirder hobbies are tracking shortwave radio " numbers stations ", obsessing over ways to tell time and doing outdoor field recordings in nature and urban settings. An old hobby I'm trying to rekindle is hiking.

• What's the one place in the world you want to visit most?
Japan - specifically, the mountains/rural parts of Japan. I was never much for big cities. Japan was my spiritual "home" from day 1 and has remained such all my life. I would love to go hiking and meet and converse with people there. That said, occasionally I get massive nostalgia from when I was in Europe (Italy mainly) and yearn to go back.

• What's your dream occupation?
Teacher. The world badly needs more of them. It wouldn't be easy now, but I might make that dream a reality some day soon.
