STAR WARS: Traitor
Again...
For about the 23rd time.
I get something new out of it every time I read it.

Bury my heart at Wounded Knee.
A story of Native Americans from another perspective. I have been opening my heart and mind to learn about the indignities the European settlers of North America inflicted on the indigenous people. It is a real world story of Avatar, but with a different outcome... The bad guys win.

This has been on my shelf for months... something that was recommended to me by a dear friend. It was also one of my father's favorite books.
Right now, I'm currently reading The Paleo Manifesto by John Durant. He cites that humans lived healthier in hunter-gatherer tribes than in the following agriculture evolution. He says the key to modern health is a return to our evolutionary dietary habits, lots of sunlight and exercise.
I'm practicing the paleo diet right now. Though I'm not eating raw meat or butchering animals with stone tool, I have cut all grains, seeds, legumes, and dairy.
