Well said, well said.
Be a Jedi in everything you do. That I can get behind. I carry a reminder with me(so glad for those of you who don't need it) everyday clipped to my belt that reminds me of the types of decisions and the outlook I've dedicated myself to. I do my best at work, at home and at play.
THAT SAID...
I'm STILL aiming at retiring to a secluded piece of land hidden in the mountains of Oregon WITH a Temple I built with my own hands if necessary, and even if all other options fail me I WILL work a minimum wage job until my dieing day to buy cinder blocks and cement to put it together. THAT is what being a Jedi is too me...having a dream and making it real. Putting a purpose behind my life I find worthy. If other people show up and want to help, great. If nobody does, great.
Its not wrong to look at a dream once in awhile and to see what others think. Maybe its his path to be thinking about it right now. Maybe its YOUR path to point out what he's missing. I DON"T KNOW. But I support the idea because I'm doing the idea.(in my own fashion).
Looking at building a temple somewhere down the road DOES NOT automatically mean a person isn't doing what they can to improve and live as Jedi TODAY. Maybe that is their Jedi path. One I know several would come to be a part of. There is no reason aside from a cautious FYI to belabor the trials and pitfalls of pursuing it.
Can I get a "Go for it, Benedictveritas?"

Amen.
I don't think anyone of us would be here if we didn't have bigger dreams and hopes than what currently exists. Baby steps though. Get the self in order before retiring. Took Yoda 900 years before he became a hermit in the swamps.
You determine your path, learn from previous travelers, but find your own way.

Yes you may. Go for it, Veritas. I'll go a step further (because I talk/type too much anyhow). Understand it may be a lonely road. People won't always have your vision. Never let that stop you from living your life as you see fit. All Jedi understand this concept. We have all heard how silly this path is. Yet we are here, making the dream a reality. Can I get a "Go for it, Benedictveritas?"
