Post-Nap Report: Yeah, I forgot that was a really bad idea. My "naps" always turn into full sleep shifts of 4-8 hours, and now I'm more tired than I was when I started the nap. They lied to me.

I also found out that you can accomplish something similar to a nap with meditation if you lie down and close your eyes and let your mind do it's thing, even though you may not be tired.
Few are those who see with their own eyes and feel with their own hearts.

I used to get that alot. I think the trick is to start with 15 min naps nad rarely go over an hour. I think at some point your brain switches modes into deep sleep which is great if you only do it once a day and have 4-8hrs to kill but otherwise it will make you feel tired instead of refreshed.
