More like I am only interested in that aspect. Discussing philosophy, morality, ethics, personal codes of conduct, etc isn't my cup of tea.

Jediism is definitely not for you then.

Convictions are more dangerous foes of truth than lies.

Without those, you are little more than a mechanized, soulless attack drone controlled by others. This is why in the army we learn almost from day one the soldiers creed.

One must know not only HOW to fight, but why and against who. Honor is a virtue, not a hindrance.

Traditionally most of the real masters in the main lineage I study were hermits who cared not for the problems of society and focused on their own development.

You're welcome, as you seem unaware of it.

Contrary to what everyone believes, the metaphysical is just as important, if not more important, than the physical. I, for one, believe in the concept of total health (keeping the mind, body, and spirit equally healthy). Force powers aside, the foundation of Jediism is nothing more than the betterment of one's self and the world in which he or she lives in. We use the Jedi Code, Jedi Creed, and Temple Doctrine to accomplish that. If someone wants to learn how to Force Choke (sorry, had to throw in a gaming/movie allusion) someone, then by all means, do so, but it is pointless and wasteful to comment again and again about it. Doing so is missing the simplest point of TOTJO---understanding one's self and trying to better your own life.

Why do you say this?

Most of us agree the metaphysical is important...

This statement says "everyone believes 'X's, but I disagree"...

On walk-about...

Sith ain't Evil...
Jedi ain't Saints....
