It seems this link is no longer available (probably from the website transition). Is it possible to re-post this or resurrect the link?

EDIT: Nevermind, I was thinking this was a meditation manual that had been put together by the OP and isn't publicly available. I now realize it's a copy of a published book that we can get. For anyone else interested, the link to it on Amazon is here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00V6YWFMU/

Thank you for clarifying. That makes a lot more sense. I was trying to piece together what it might be based on the context. I'm guessing it was reflections or meditations based on events in that book I linked to. That brings me back to my original question: Does anyone still have this document that they could repost or update the link for?
