I am grateful for you, my friend... you are neither judgemental nor critical and you make time for me even when ill or when you could be doing something else. You understand me in a way that others don't, and I can be completely myself when I talk to you. That is a rare thing, precious, and I will always value it.

My daughter is eating dinner with her friends at a restaurant before prom right now. There is nothing better than witnessing your child being normal with peers.
