* About to post a bunch of updates to my IP journal.
* Going out for a decadent sushi dinner tonight, the craving has been on my mind for ages now!
* Going home after sushi, drinking tea, meditating, taking a bubble bath and then sleeping a ton.

Grateful for the lives lived within meditation.

Today I caught a glimpse of my children as happy adults. Yes, probably just my understimulated mind engaging with my unbidden thoughts of them and how they're growing. No less grateful to put my arms around the shoulders of my son, now a boy of 4, there a man of my age.
